FROM SITE VISIT TO SEND
A workflow that
gets out of your way.
Built around the two things your report needs: observations and recommendations.
- 01
Capture while you’re there.
Add a property photo, then multiple photographs and captions in each room. Keep the details together.
- 02
Finish the wording later.
Move to the next room even if your notes aren’t finished. Save useful phrases and choose wording help when you need it. Review the suggested text before using it.
- 03
Preview. Download. Send.
Bring the survey together in a clean PDF, with room findings and photographs. Check the report, download it and share it with your client.
